Licensed Journeyman and Apprentices

Electrician Tools
  • Self-Scheduling - Possess the ability to work without direct supervision, a self-directed work ethic

  • High school Diploma or GED required

  • Demonstrates strong commitment to achieving company goals by focusing on Safety, Quality and Productivity.

  • Effectively shares job knowledge and process changes with team members, department crew and management thru various forms of daily communication (daily production meeting, email, shift handover meetings, action logs, work orders, etc.)

  • Possess excellent PC skills such as MS office, excel, word, email  to perform parts lookup, parts ordering, planned inspections, preventative maintenance and work orders

  • Ability to perform and meet the physical demands of the position including but not limited to lifting 50 pounds and working in dusty and wet environments with proper PPE

  • Pay is very generous, but DOE with raises given based on performance.

Responsibilities:

​

  • Provide own tools

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Be currently enrolled in electrical school if your an apprentice

  •  Install new electrical system in a variety of environments

  • Inspect, test, and diagnose electrical issues

  • Direct and teach lower-level electrical workers and apprentices

  • Work safely and efficiently with minimal direction

  • Read blueprints, contract documents, and specifications

  • Bend and fabricate conduit of all types up to 4”, install: structural supports, electrical devices and fixtures, cable tray, electrical equipment and gear such as transformers and panels, bus duct, conductors up to 1000 kcmil, instruments, motor controls, fire alarm panels and devices, medium voltage systems, low voltage systems, light poles, traffic signals, etc

  • Lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds

  • Use hand tools and power tools to accomplish tasks

  • Climb ladders, scaffolding, and the like

  • Use of technology as it applies to your position

  • Take verbal and written direction

  • Calculate basic math problems

  • Work around and with large equipment such as lifts, excavators, skid steers, dozers, cranes, etc.
